What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer messages via email, chat, and social channels
- Handle international customer queries with clear and professional English
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, refunds, and product questions
- Track tickets, follow up, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve customer problems
- Maintain support logs and share common issues with the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- 2–3 years of customer support experience
- Experience handling international clients is required
- Good problem-solving skills and patience under pressure
- Organized with strong follow-up and documentation habits
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar is a plus
