- Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about services

- Maintain logs of feedback, complaints, and resolutions

- Experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage time effectively in a remote setting
