What You’ll Do:
- Build and optimize Klaviyo campaigns and automations
- Set up flows: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback
- Run cold email outreach for leads and partnerships
- Write subject lines, CTAs, and copy that drives clicks and replies
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging
- A/B test and improve results week over week
- Track performance and share clear weekly updates
- Protect deliverability with list hygiene and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Strong understanding of flows, segmentation, and personalization
- Experience with Klaviyo (preferred) plus tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Solid copywriting skills for both sales and outreach emails
- Data-driven mindset with comfort reading email metrics
- Strong communication and deadline discipline
