The brand sells a small range of skincare products and spends steadily on paid social. Traffic was healthy and rising. Sales were not. The owner assumed the problem was pricing or product-market fit.
Session recordings said otherwise. Around eight in ten visitors arrived on a phone. On a phone the product page opened with one large image and nothing else. Price sat below the fold. Reviews sat near the footer. The add-to-cart button took three scrolls to reach. Most shoppers left before they ever saw a price.
We rebuilt the mobile product page around the first three seconds. Price, star rating, key ingredients and the buy button now sit in the opening view. Reviews moved directly under the button, where shoppers look for reassurance before committing. A sticky add-to-cart bar follows the scroll, so the buying action is never more than a thumb away. Sales rose 35% on the same traffic and the same budget.
