The business sells automotive parts and accessories through a Magento eCommerce store. It had a large product catalogue, steady demand, and a strong selection of vehicle-specific products. However, organic traffic had stopped growing, and many visitors were landing on pages that failed to match their search intent.

 

The owner believed the main problem was competition from larger automotive retailers. Our audit showed a different picture. Magento’s faceted navigation was generating thousands of duplicate URLs, important category pages lacked optimized content, and many products were buried deep within the website structure.

We rebuilt the store’s SEO structure around the way automotive customers search. Category pages were organised by product type, vehicle make, model, and buyer intent. Duplicate URLs were controlled, canonical tags were corrected, and internal links were added to direct authority toward high-value categories and products.

 

Product pages were improved with clearer specifications, vehicle compatibility information, structured data, stronger headings, and unique descriptions. We also improved mobile speed and simplified the path from search result to product purchase.
